General Terms and Conditions

Rates shown apply to time and unlimited mileage charges only. Taxes, other governmentally authorized or imposed surcharges, vehicle license recoupment fees, airport and airport facility fees (of up to US$4.50 per day or US$15 per rental), fuel, additional driver fee, one-way rental charge and optional items (such as CDW Waiver Savers® up to $29.99 per day) are extra. Concession recoupment fees of up to 12% may be added to the rental rate at some on-airport locations. Up to 11.11% may be added to the rental rate if you rent at an off-airport location and exit on our shuttle bus. Other surcharges and recoupment fees may apply. Renter must meet standard age, driver and credit requirements. Rates may be higher for drivers under age 25. 24-hour advance reservations required. May not be combined with other discounts. Availability is limited. Subject to change without notice. Blackout dates may apply. Offer valid at participating locations. Weekly rate requires five-day minimum rental with 28-day maximum or daily rate applies. Weekend rates require a pickup between 9:00 AM Thursday and 11:59 PM Saturday with a Saturday overnight keep required. Vehicle must be returned by pickup time on Monday or higher daily rates apply.

To determine the total amount of all charges applicable to your rental, follow the three-step reservation process. You may choose to stop the process or cancel your reservation at any time.

Last Minute Specials: Offer valid for reservations made by 9/1/08 and picked up by 9/9/08. One-hour advance reservation required. Not valid for one-way rentals. Maximum rental period is 14 days. Offer may not be combined with any other specials, rates or discounts.

Special One Car Class Upgrade: One coupon per Alamo rental and void once redeemed. Offer is subject to standard rental conditions. Blackout dates may apply. 24-hour advance reservations required. Not valid with any other discount or promotional rate. Subject to availability and valid only at participating Alamo locations. In the U.S. and Canada, offer valid for a one car class upgrade applied at the time of reservations. Coupon VOID if bought, bartered or sold for cash.
